Ukrainian and regional shared services and BPO experts gathered for the Ukrainian Shared Service Centre Forum, which took place on 26th April at SoftServe Headquarters in Lviv. The Forum took place with the support of PwC Central & Eastern Europe, as Knowledge Partner, as well as Lviv City Council and Lviv Regional State Administration.
